Description
In my macbookpro, vscode vim extension does not work, {hjkl} does't move cursor
I try this:
defaults write com.microsoft.VSCode ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
defaults write com.microsoft.VSCodeInsiders ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
but does't not work too.

mac osx: Catalina Versioin: 10.15.4
vscode Version: 1.45.1
vscode extension vim: 1.14.4 and enbaled.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported hjkl cursor-movement failure in the VS Code Vim extension on macOS Catalina with the listed VS Code and extension versions. Check whether the documented ApplePressAndHoldEnabled settings affect the behavior; done means hjkl moves the cursor normally in Vim mode.
