Description

In my macbookpro, vscode vim extension does not work, {hjkl} does't move cursor

I try this:
defaults write com.microsoft.VSCode ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
defaults write com.microsoft.VSCodeInsiders ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
but does't not work too.

This problem has troubled me for 6 months, I have been trying to uninstall and reinstall vscode and vscode extension vim.

mac osx: Catalina Versioin: 10.15.4
vscode Version: 1.45.1
vscode extension vim: 1.14.4 and enbaled.
