Description
I had a keybinding on shift+space and it was working fine until the last update of VsCode 1.45.0 .
Now when i press shift+space, is throws "command 'vim.extension_shift+space' not found"
Version 1.14.0 of VsCodeVim doesn't work either, but version 1.13.1 works fine.
VsCode version: 1.45.0
VsCodeVim version: 1.14.1
OS: Windows 10 Pro
