Description
Describe the bug
Multi-cursor doesn't work for multi-page. (By "page", I mean the code that fits on my screen.)
To Reproduce
- Go into Insert Mode
- Click at first line
- Alt+Shift at last line several pages down
Expected behavior
I expect to have a multiline cursor spanning several pages, but it snaps back up to the first page and only multi-cursors a few lines.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in VSCode with VSCodeVim v1.14.1 on Windows 10: enter Insert Mode, click the first line, then use Alt+Shift at the last line several pages down. Confirm that the multiline cursor should span all selected lines instead of snapping back to the first page and covering only a few lines.
