Description
I have defined { "before":["<leader>", "m", "h" ], "after": ["cmd+k", "cmd+i"]}, to remap show hover, but it doesn't work.
I don't know if this is the same as https://github.com/VSCodeVim/Vim/issues/2713 or not. That issue is for before:.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported after mapping with cmd+k and cmd+i, then compare the behavior and scope with issue #2713. The work is done when an after mapping using modifiers triggers the intended VS Code actions, with the related behavior verified against the reported example.
