Escape to exit insert mode doesn't work in search editor windows

Describe the bug
When I go into insert mode in a search results editor, pressing escape gives the focus to the search term box. If I press ctrl+c, I am placed into normal mode as expected.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Search a project
- Open command palette
- Execute "Search Editor: Open Results in Editor"
- Enter insert mode in the editor
- Press escape
Expected behavior
I expect to be placed into normal mode.

- Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 1.13.1
- VSCode version: 1.44.0
- OS: Mac OS 10.15.4
