Description
Describe the bug
`a doesn't go to mark a
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to any place in your file and press
ma(mark a) - Go to some other place in your file and press
`a(go to mark a) - Notice the cursor has not moved
It does work with other letters. I have not checked them all.
Expected behavior
I would expect the cursor to go to mark a.

- OS: 10.15.3

Research direction
Start by reproducing the ma then `a sequence in the VSCodeVim extension using the reported environment details, then trace the mark-setting and mark-jump handling for the a register. Done means jumping to mark a moves the cursor as expected without breaking the other mark letters.
