Running normal mode commands across a range doesn't perform correctly.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
var foo = 1
var bar = 'a'
var baz = 'z'
move cursor to line 1,then execute A;,then run j to go to next line
var foo = 1;
var bar = 'a'
var baz = 'z'
Press "V" to go to line visual mode, then execute ""j"" ,then run :'<'>normal.
Nothing happened.
Expected behavior
All lines should be ended with ;
var foo = 1;
var bar = 'a';
var baz = 'z';
