How to provide count to keybindings that call vscode commands

Description
I have often experience lag with this extension, but I fixed it with this in settings.json:
"vim.normalModeKeyBindingsNonRecursive": [

],
The problem is, this breaks things like 3j and 3k. Is there any way to provide counts for keybindings?
