Description

Describe the bug
I wrote this in settings (just to remind d, d deletes whole line)

{
  "vim.normalModeKeyBindings": [
    { "after": ["d", "d"], "before": ["в", "в"] }
  ]
}

To Reproduce

  1. Create in root folder .vscode
  2. Create file settings.json
  3. Insert config above

Expected behavior
I expect after typing в, в it remaps to d, d and deletes whole line

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 1.8.2
  • VSCode version: 1.36.1
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro

Research direction

Reproduce the issue using the .vscode/settings.json configuration with the reported VSCodeVim, VSCode, and Windows versions. Trace the handling of multi-key remaps whose before sequence contains Cyrillic characters; done means typing в, в performs the d, d whole-line deletion behavior.
