Describe the bug
When opening parameter hints I expect to be able to cycle the suggestion by using key arrow keys - which doesn't seem to work. Instead cursor is moved to next or previous line.
To Reproduce
Toggle parameter hints, press arrow up or down.
Expected behavior
Next/Previous hint is shown.
Environment (please complete the following information):
- Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 1.8.0
- VSCode version: Version 1.33.1 (1.33.1)
- OS: Mac OS Mojave
