Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use VSCodeVim in conjonction with this set of settings to replicate a spacemacs setup : https://github.com/VSpaceCode/VSpaceCode
However, the sequence <leader>+<w>, <leader>+b and <leader>+<e> are already dedicated to start some commands.
Describe the solution you'd like
A set of settings to rebind the access to these motion.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Search the VSCodeVim keybinding and motion-handling code for camelCase motions and existing configurable motion settings; done means users can configure alternate bindings for the w, b, and e motions without breaking their other mappings.
