Describe the bug
using :w does not trigger "formatOnSave" very often, but directly save does (cmd+s or ctrl+s)
To Reproduce
Simply enter :w, won't see formatting message in status bar,
but directly save everytime work
Expected behavior
the same as (cmd+s / ctrl+s)
Environment (please complete the following information):
- Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 0.16.10
- VSCode version: 1.28.1
- OS: mac/win
- python editing with autopep8/yapf/black
