Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be very nice to move via relative line numbers in the file explorer, similar to how Nerd Tree lives in it's own buffer.

Research direction

The issue names the VS Code file explorer and Nerd Tree as the desired comparison, but no repository files or tests are identified. Start by locating the extension's file-explorer navigation and keybinding entry points, then clarify how relative line numbers should appear and move between items; done means the requested navigation works consistently there.
