Description
Describe the bug
If I'm in insert mode and autocomplete is suggesting a function signature among a bunch of overloads, pressing the down button will move a line down instead of scrolling through the autocomplete suggestions.
Expected behavior
I'd expect the buttons to behave as they do in vscode normally -- or at least for the scrolling to be mapped to different keys, like C-p and C-n, or something.

Research direction
Reproduce the behavior in VSCode with VSCodeVim 0.16.4 on macOS, using autocomplete suggestions with multiple function overloads. Trace the insert-mode handling for the down key; done means the key navigates autocomplete suggestions instead of moving the editor line, with an alternate mapping considered if needed.
