Description
When Vim extension is disabled, multiple cursors with double click selected items behave correctly as in the gif below.

But when the extension is enabled, and multiple items are selected through double-clicking, when we backspace, it removes only the first selected item.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in VS Code with the Vim extension enabled: double-click multiple items, then press Backspace, and compare the result with the extension disabled. Trace the selection and deletion behavior from the extension's entry points; done means Backspace removes every double-click-selected item, matching the disabled-extension behavior.
