Description

Bug report
What happened:
When I define a mapping for shift-space with <S-space>, it does not work.
What did you expect to happen:
Shift-space should work. It works in MacVim (OS X) and gvim (Linux).
These mappings are my most-used vim keymappings that I've defined.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
"vim.normalModeKeyBindingsNonRecursive": [
{
"before": ["<S-space>"],
"after": ["<C-b>"]
},
{
"before": ["<space>"],
"after": ["<C-f>"]
}
]
Environment:
- Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 0.14.1
- VSCode version: 1.24.1
- OS version: macOS 10.13

Research direction
Reproduce the issue using the vim.normalModeKeyBindingsNonRecursive mappings shown, comparing <S-space> with <space> in VSCodeVim. Trace the keybinding handling entry point for these mappings and verify that Shift-Space triggers the configured <C-b> action without breaking the Space mapping.
