Selection removed on `<C-S-Right>`

Description
The problem is that with vim mode enabled on ctrl + shift + right selection appears for a moment and then disappears.
I tested it without vim plugin enabled and it works fine then so its not vscode problem.
I have attached gifs bellow one is showing the problem second one is done in SublimeText and displays how it should work.
Environment:
- VSCode Version: 1.17.2
- VsCodeVim Version: 0.10.2
- OS: Windows 10 Pro 1709 x 16299.19
