Description
I just had the idea, that i would be nice to use the shift modifier to select in Visual Line Mode.
First of all i can use the mouse to select text at the moment, which counts as a visual line mode selection. So after a selection i could e.g. press [d], to remove the selection.
Often i want to delete complete lines (or change them). At the moment i would do something like [V, 10j, d].
I think it would be cool to have a workflow like [Shift+Mouse, d], where Shift+Mouse automatically enters Visual Line Mode.
Environment:
- VSCode Version: 1.12.2
- VsCodeVim Version: 0.7.1

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing mouse-selection handling and the entry point for Visual Line Mode. Implement the requested Shift+Mouse behavior so the resulting selection supports existing commands such as d; done means selecting with Shift+Mouse enters Visual Line Mode and deletion or other line changes operate on the selected lines.
