Hi, I just recently stepped into the world of Vim and love your extensions - thank you very much.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Just recently VSCode announced the new Hybrid Markdown editor (https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_131#_hybrid-markdown-editor-experimental) and VSCodeVim does not work with it.
