ClinEpi Site Search: Add variable name under "Category"

Description
When we filter variable fields, the term "category" is not easy to understand. Help users understand the relationship between the variable and the category by adding variable name to the category path.
For instance, below, change to "Category: Malaria knowledge > Malaria symptoms knowledge > Fever"
