Research direction

Start by reviewing the unstructured-api request options and Docker configuration for accessing an S3-compatible Minio service. Reproduce the request on Ubuntu with the stated Minio and unstructured-api containers. Done means the required configuration or usage steps are documented and the API can fetch the stored data.
