Description
I'm having a problem with the "resume watching" function. For example, I'm watching a 40-minute video. I get to the 20-minute mark and turn off the TV. An hour later, I turn on the TV, and when I try to continue watching the video I was watching, it doesn't play the video. Instead, it throws an "Unable to play" error. I can only continue watching after I reset the server. Is there a way to fix this problem?
I'm using PC with Windows 11 as a server and a Samsung TV to watch, But it doesn't matter what is the client. Even if I'm watching from my phone or laptop it will be the same.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported sequence on Windows 11: play a video, stop around the midpoint, wait, and use resume watching from a TV, phone, or laptop. Inspect the server behavior and error output when resume fails; the issue is done when playback resumes without restarting the server across the affected clients.
