Description

I can't get it to work with any media player. I have tried:

I also check on old versions of UMS all the way back to v7 and none of them worked, so maybe it never did.

I am very interested in any ideas, and any testing you can do on other devices. This affects our Dolby Vision support

Research direction

Compare the tsMuxeR video engine with the FFmpeg and MEncoder paths in the fixed branch from pull request #4970, focusing on how seek requests are handled. Reproduce the behavior with the listed VLC, iOS, and LG C2 clients; done means seeking works for tsMuxeR without regressing Dolby Vision playback.
