Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Universal Media Server by configuring chapter timings, opening the movie through the TV's TRANSCODE folder, and selecting a chapter. Review the attached ums_dbg_channels.zip and ums_dbg-Chapter-30min.zip logs for the failure path. Done means chapter selections open at their requested timestamps instead of reporting "File not supported" or restarting from the beginning.
