Is there currently supported? If not, what about creating hooks on each app?

Research direction

No files, tests, or initialization entry points are named in the issue. First trace how PM2 initializes its service and applications, then check whether a supported lifecycle hook exists; done means documenting the current behavior or agreeing on the scope and timing of an afterBoot or per-app hook.
