Cluster logs should be shown on pm2 monit

Description
When you start a process with -i max (Cluster Mode) all the logs are not showing in pm2 monit logs page i.e. NodeJS consoles.
The logs should be merged and should be shown in pm2 monit
Also, when you are using custom log path, the cluster mode should not ignore that. Currently all the logs are stored in /root/.pm2/pm2.log
