Error: Cannot find module '@pm2/io'

Description
I want to use custom metrics. For this i import modules like describe in instruction
const io = require('@pm2/io');
I install pm2 in Ubuntu 22 using next command:
sudo npm i -g pm2
After installation I can use pm2 command in console to start, stop and monit my scripts.
But when I start node script i catch
Error: Cannot find module '@pm2/io'
Script start normally when i install pm locally for project. But in this case i have no any custom metrics on app.pm2.io site.
I try to search in google, no solution provided.
Node v18.12.1, Ubuntu 22.
