UI missing clear pending transaction

Bug Description
The UI gets locked if there is a pending transaction, if this was cancelled/replaced on chain UI still says pending. The option to clear pending was lost in the new wallet profile setup
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to app.uniswap.org and create low gas transaction
- cancel it through replacement
- UI still sees pending with no way to clear

Expected Behavior
A clear button should appear when pending tx is shown
Additional Context
A work around for this is just clear cookies and cache then hard refresh (CTRL + SHIFT + R) ctrl == cmd if mac)
