Uniswap logo disappears on mobile view when scrolling down
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to "Vote" page
- Scroll down until Header animates an underlay
- Uniswap logo will disappear under underlay
...
Expected Behavior
Uniswap logo should be visible even when Header underlay is present
