Bug Description
Adding LP on Arbitrum USDC/DAI 0.05%, seems to have issues when upper or lower tick to close to current tick
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://app.uniswap.org/#/add/0xFF970A61A04b1cA14834A43f5dE4533eBDDB5CC8/0xDA10009cBd5D07dd0CeCc66161FC93D7c9000da1/500?chain=arbitrum
- Click on set a range just above tick

UI would recognize tick is above current tick
