Bug Description
The Full Range option is not available when creating a new pool.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to add liquidity page
- Choose a pair + fee tier that has not been initialized yet
Expected Behavior
User should be able to create the pool and submit the first LP position with any custom range or the Full Range button
