Description
Given Infura's outage over the weekend, better for our users to have a fall back. Let's add Alchemy as a backup provider (instead of Cloudflare-eth, as they don't support L2s yet).
- Aseem working on getting an RPC endpoint from Alchemy.
- Need to add them to the app asap
- Need to add/confirm fall back logic
Ideally would like to have someone on the Web App team pick this up and @moodysalem review it.
