V3 Liquidity pool bands change after clicking "Add"

Bug Description
This bug was surfaced in Optimism's discord.
Below is a quote from the user who reported it.

Hey two nights ago I used Uniswap to enter a pool

The spread changed on both sides +.02 on each side. It was a glitch.

@Annie | Optimism PBC This was Lyras pool, I had entered the spread several times and hit submit to bring up the gas fee transaction page.. After several attempts to set the spread I thought "this must be something that is beyond control. So I submitted it. That was wrong to do but I did find the glitch. After explaining to @platocrat (WILL NEVER DM) the situation I have never heard any response. I gave my wallet address for optimism, you can see the stake pool Ive entered twice before, and this 3rd time entering it upon submission the spread kept changing. I had unstake restake. I would like to to have that fee reimbursed if possible. And if not then it is what it is but please reply

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://app.uniswap.org
2. Switch to Optimistic Ethereum network
3. Click on Pool tab
4. Set price bands for position
5. Click Preview
6. Click Add
7. See price bands change

Expected Behavior
The price bands should not change without the user's explicit action.

Start by reproducing the issue at app.uniswap.org through the Pool tab on Optimistic Ethereum, following the Preview and Add steps with a V3 position. Trace the frontend flow that prepares the add-liquidity transaction and compare the displayed price bands before and after Add. Done means the bands remain unchanged unless the user explicitly edits them.
