Bug 描述
通过release下载的win程序可以用
拉源码本地启动 代理状态正常 客户端测试代理也是可用 但是没网 用代理别的网页正常 网易云进不去 ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED
测了一天 可能和 #1571 有点关系 是因为这个版本有问题吗 node版本感觉没问题因为exe执行正常(还是说exe可能内置了node 我换一个版本试试)
checknetisolation loopbackexempt -a -n="1F8B0F94.122165AE053F_j2p0p5q0044a6" 这个也试过了还是不行 release版本不用这个也可以

- 我确认我已经升级到了最新的核心版本（推荐使用最新构建而不是 release）。
- 我确认我已经启用了 HTTPS 端口。
- 我确认我已经正确设置了 EndPoint。
- 我确认我已经在对应的客户端正确安装了 CA 证书。
