Summary
All photography on the site is placeholder. Six homepage photo slots, the Mission page hero, and six Conference page gallery slots need real community images.

- MissionPage hero: ultrawide community photo
- ConferencePage gallery (6 slots): past conference moments

- Optimize images for web (WebP, responsive srcset)
