Description
The community white papers are not just a way to get involved but are also a resource available for members and people outside US-RSE. They should be easily discoverable as such, but they are not listed in the menu as an item under Resources.
Community Whitepapers should be linked to from the Resources dropdown in addition to the Get Involved dropdown in the main menu.

- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Inspect the main menu and find the existing Community Whitepapers link under the Get Involved dropdown. Add the same link under Resources, then verify that it appears in both dropdowns and points to the existing white papers page.
