Research direction

Inspect the site's current navigation around the About and Working Groups sections, then locate how the affinity groups link and the RSE Leaders Group are presented. Done means a visitor can find affinity groups through an intuitive navigation path, though the issue leaves the preferred placement open for discussion.

Description

My feeling is we should have an easier way to find affinity groups.

I looked all over and eventually found the link to affinity groups (specifically I was looking for the RSE Leaders Group). It definitely wasn't intuitive to me to be in "about" rather than working groups. Maybe another drop down item under working groups "affinity groups" that links to a list of them?

I'll put it here because this might be part of a bigger conversation about other types of non-working groups but don't want to lose the thought.
