Description
This Feature/Epic will deliver the Core Authorization logic to address gaps in the existing solution, all documented use Cases, and findings discovered through user interviews.
Deliverables:
• Timeseries-specific OPA policies (Rego)
• JWT token extraction and validation
• User context building from JWT claims
• Basic authorization decision flow
• Office-based filtering implementation
