Feature 3: Implementation for Authorization Plan

Task 3 Implementation for Authorization Plan - The Contractor will implement the access control method selected by HEC by updating CDA, CWMS DB Schema, and other required systems as needed to handle the new access control method. HEC will select the access control method within 10 days of the completion of Task 2. In addition, the Contractor will create a web application to allow Water Management data managers to assign appropriate permissions to data objects based on the chosen access control method.

Task 3 Deliverables: - The Contractor will submit appropriate code, documentation, test code, and discussion notes continuously through the allotted period of performance. Each submission of work shall be complete for the definition of "Work Unit" provided above. The minimum successful product is an interface to manage access control, the access control method working for time series data, and the documentation and training materials.
Items to be implemented:
• Changes to CDA and other related projects to support the access control method selected.
• A web-based user interface suitable for individual and bulk manipulation of permissions by technical and non-technical users.
• Documentation and training materials for the selected method.
