Description
Placeholder for Task 1b: Development meetings:
Task 1b Deliverables: The Contractor will provide meeting notes within 1 business day. Meeting notes must include at least one of the following:
• Typed minutes in confluence
• Jira/GitHub issues (new or updated)
• Jira Epics or GitHub Milestones documenting intent from the meeting
• Skeleton pull requests with initial test names and descriptions
