[SCT-Enhance] Add Additional Aggregate Data to Reaches Summary

Displaying data for shorelines, reaches, risk statements, and courses of action are mostly completed, but additional data that is already displayed in the graph view for reaches should be displayed in the reaches section of the new summary component:

The remaining data that should be displayed is outlined here, namely, for each reach the following should be displayed in a concise format similar to the other metrics already displayed in the summary component:

Reasoning for separating this task from #459 is due to time constraints.

Start with the new reaches summary component and compare it with the existing graph view, then read the linked chart-docs issue and comment for the complete metric definitions. Done means each reach concisely displays the requested CI, damages, LL, NSI, and NFIP aggregates alongside the existing summary metrics.
