Description
3 avenues that should be implement long-term
- simple - taking data from NSI to populate for modeling (needed for go consequences) & assessing quality of data (mapping)
- draw dot and implement into db - geometry with attributes, on some attributes we randomly sample from specified distribution to populate values for that attribute
- upload gpgk that contains all structure inventory - complete freedom on all attributes, modify all attributes for all points
