Background
Draw in a geospatial map environment hazard shoreline interface polylines (HSI) that define the shoreline that is the source of the hazard.
User Story
Team will identify the risks, Problems, Opportunities, Obstacles and Constraints (POOCs) for the the hazards, by drawing the hazards on the required maps
Purpose
Identify Risk: develop & substantiate problems & opportunities / Define study objectives & constraints.
