+/- button in Citing Authors list doesn't work

Description
We first noticed this stopped working in #205, however there is no clear reason why it did! The show/hide all button still works, so we could just remove the individual buttons as I'm not sure they are much use anymore. There is only one line of extra data that is being shown/hidden.
