Normalization phantom smaller than the PET's FOV causes "white borders" in the additive sinogram

Description
If to use a normalization phantom which is smaller than the PET's FOV it creates 0 values in the edges of the "norm. factors" sinogram. Later, when I use "estimate_scatters", the additive sinogram gets "white or blank borders" ( because of 0 values of the norm. factors. Is it OK?
