`zero end planes of segment 0 :=` should not be set by the objective function but by the projector

Description
In parameter files for reconstructions etc, the zero end planes of segment 0 := key is set in objective function but should be infact set by the projector itself. This would give utilities such as forward_project and backward_project` access to this bool.
