Research direction

Start by reproducing the conversion through the block type menu: change a Toggle Heading to Heading H1, H2, and H3 and observe whether it still collapses. Trace the conversion path for these block types and consider the issue done when each resulting regular Heading no longer expands or collapses.

Description

bug:P2

Describe the bug
Switching a block from Toggle Heading to a regular Heading (H1/H2/H3) does not remove the toggle behavior. The block continues to collapse/expand instead of behaving like a standard heading.

To Reproduce
To Reproduce

  1. Create a block of type Toggle Heading (any level).
  2. Open the block type menu and change it to Heading (H1/H2/H3).
  3. Observe that the block still collapses/expands like a toggle.
