Description

Is there an example demonstrating integration with CUDA.jl? I'd be particularly interested in an example using reverse mode AD and the Bayesian HMM, since it's implementation involves a loop. It doesn't seem Tracker or Zygote support loops yet.

Research direction

Review the existing documentation and tutorials for examples involving CUDA.jl, Tracker, Zygote, and the Bayesian HMM. Determine whether a reverse-mode AD example with the Bayesian HMM and loop implementation can be documented, then ensure the resulting example clearly explains the integration and its loop-support limitations.
