Description

Just pulled last image

ghost:6-alpine 927d2272cc9a

My site is in private mode. Prior to pulling this image, I could see the Network/Explore page. Now I cannot see it. If I disable the "private mode", then I can see it.
Assuming this change was intentional: I understand that my site is not available in the network when it's in private mode, and it makes sense, but it was nice to be able to see what's on the Network (even if my site isn't part of it).

Research direction

Start by reproducing the behavior with the ghost:6-alpine image, comparing private and non-private modes and the Network/Explore page. Determine the intended visibility for private sites; done means the behavior is clarified and either matches that decision or is documented as intentional.
