Description
Note: this ticket will only be ready to proceed once #197 is complete.
ToDO:
- Modify the current 'Information' menu to be a filter for users to try to filter tree species by their leaf/seed/shape characteristics.
- The updated species.json (from #197) has the characteristics list for all current trees
- Finish populating the species.json with the necessary data
- Also need to create a UI for this feature.
- This is the master ticket for those various work items mentioned above.

Research direction
Start by completing issue #197 and reviewing the updated species.json characteristics list. Then inspect the current Information menu and the existing UI entry points to define the leaf, seed, and shape filtering flow. Done means the species data is populated and users can identify tree species through the new filter UI.
